Red Weeping Willow

Red Weeping Willow

Rivers in two directions,
many on the decorations of oil,
painting in quiet a canvass of ice,
in becoming the world the earth,
in high winds the blood drips,
these trees holding upwards,
this is the growth of generated water,
this is a tree that stands alone.

This is not a canvass,
it's a fresh pallet made of paper,
picture of itself on itself,
ink drained from marker a sponge,
thicker daubed blood sponged movement,
a butterfly leaving red magic flying,
the trunk a temple of darkness,
the shadow of dimensional graphics,
the tree thinks simply of itself.

The tails of this willow blossom,
exfoliated folliage of folly,
arching as if waxy cherries or currants,
a vine in its lineage of generation,
short grasses in shorter shades,
bending to the will o the wisp,
its red leaves little fires to the sunlight,
blown swing to signal birds nest therein.

This is the art of a tree,
from the westmost islands,
inspired from immaculacy,
looks of feathers for hair,
dry as is rosehips the autumn,
yet thorned as cones and cages,
reminding of snow on mountains,
were restless volcanoes sleep,
and birds question the pillar of their flock.

"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." ~ Albert Einstein

"Incentive Theory: The incentive theory suggests that people are motivated to do things because of external rewards. For example, you might be motivated to go to work each day for the monetary reward of being paid. Behavioral learning concepts such as association and reinforcement play and important role in this theory of motivation."

It begins as incentives are the appealing lodestone, the personal reasons for having this element become part of the persona come from identifying it, and before quantifying it thru the lense of time or knowledge and finding it to fit the context of existing experience, how it will fit the persona, either because the incentive was isolated in one way or popular among others, and in time because it can or can't, and will or won't, become part of a curriculum with the clarity of intuition, some incentives speak to the meanings of our ambitions. As is the property of all incentives, it can be attainable or inherent, to reward ourselves with external results or internal reactions.

"Drive Theory: According to the drive theory of motivation, people are motivated to take certain actions in order to reduce the internal tension that is caused by unmet needs. For example, you might be motivated to drink a glass of water in order to reduce the internal state of thirst. This theory is useful in explaining behaviors that have a strong biological component, such as hunger or thirst. The problem with the drive theory of motivation is that these behaviors are not always motivated purely by physiological needs. For example, people often eat even when they are not really hungry."

Between the debate of human mental conscience or sentience, sparing the differences and distances made when making the arguments dropping anchor far to one side of tug-o-war, there are the opposing perspectives of the different types of origins as the native or foreign, as a wildling like an animal made to survive the previously-modern past, or the community that raised and taught them, be it raider or royalty each can become the other, this life lesson of necessity being obvious for intellectual reasons and sophisticated demands of life, and cultivated in the many ways of many sects of many evolutions of the prehistorical, this then makes the motivation of stories a baseline for our imaginations. Moreso than two as one, a reflection ignorable or mimickable has less grasp than the drive to complete ourselves to shape the image in the mirror, less validity than trying to avoid looking at it, and less urgency than escaping a new threat, as with instinct and customs the drive often follows the best answer at present.

"Humanistic Theory: Humanistic theories of motivation are based on the idea that people also have strong cognitive reasons to perform various actions. Tis is famously illustrated in Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Which presents different motivations at different levels. First, people are motivated to fulfill basic biological needs for food and shelter, as well as those of safety, love and esteem. Once the lower level needs have been met, the primary motivator becomes the need for self-actualization, or the desire to fulfill one's individual potential."

Our human intellect is a defiance of primeval instincts, within the limitations of conceptual scope animals with minimal effort have purer reactions and recreations, but are condensed to simple measure and sporadic if not emblematic of instinct itself teaching the wisdom of animalia, with acceptance of tabula rasa the potential dream state is unreplecatable in any creature, but these softer spiritual awakenings and enlightenments woke are ideas I can write here, so the scope or code of information is limited by wisdom and magic. The instincts solved with quick measures, are almost genetic, but so are the virtues building to life plans, some of what you want life to say later depends on the ruff draft of the future being reaction or description.

"Arousal Theory: The arousal theory of motivation suggests that people take certain actions to either decrease or increase levels of arousal. When arousal levels get too low, for example, a person might watch an exciting movie or go for a jog. When arousal levels get too high, on the other hand, a person would probably look for ways to relax such as meditating or reading a book. According to this theory, we are motivated to maintain an optimal level of arousal, although this level can vary based on the individual or the situation."

When looking at desires of natural instincts or societal order, adding that which is beyond the neutrality of equity to acknowledge gender differences, and to define what styles we kept in the closet from long ago, it's even easier to look at the example of dogs and cats, as to know the differences between two different things to understand why the values of an action are inherent, the names are the separation and the habits to pick-up from something are to become more like ourselves, or more like the muse, as is the case that teachers become like students, the testing of success verifies sight of the unknown, or obstacle of the unanswerable. The nostalgia of truth or the adventure of reward are both an equal pair in any of those situations, the outcome of negative-returns (too much of a good thing) requires a fasting/diet from gambling on bias or the luck of compulsion.

"Instinct Theory: According to instinct theories, people are motivated to behave in certain ways because they're evolutionarily programmed to do so. An example of this in the animal world is seasonal migration. These animals don't learn to do this, it is instead an inborn pattern of behavior. /br William James created a list of human instincts that included such things as attachment, play, shame, anger, fear, shyness, modesty, and love. The main problem with this theory is that it didn't really explain behavior, it just described it. By the 1920's, instinct theories were pushed aside in favor of other motivation theories, but contemporary evolutionary psychologists still study the influence of genetics and heredity on human behavior."

You know what instinct is, or maybe you don't, and describing it with sophistry is the culmination of learned and taught behavior, the manied attempts to divide my fellow humans comes from their need to be challenged by divide, as much as asking you to describe the value of emotion in the last instinct of fresh memory does make inquisitive behavior, looking at the war of history even the wrath of cultish bloodlust farthest distant from civilised instinct was from a leader, albeit mad in the head, who loved them and they followed that air of emotion until contagion converted the lands, I guess that's the 'love is a battlefield' quote: we follow the inspiration, and take the poetic journey. The proof of our survival is different at times in history, the programming of humans is quite clear without destruction.

"Theories of Motivation: Motivation is the force that initiates, guides and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. It's what causes us to take action, whether to grab a snack to reduce hunger or enroll in college to earn a degree. The forces that lie beneath motivation can be biological, social, emotional or cognitive in nature. / Researchers have developed a number of different theories to explain motivation. each individual theory tends to be rather limited in scope. However, by looking at the key ideas behind each theory, you can gain a better understanding of motivation as a whole."

An insight into invasion, before enforcing the outcome they operate and live in a culture, of importance to them to thrive in familiarity they're motivated to recreate home in the annex, those in locality if in protectorate come to the fort now cities and trading time buy or earn amenities, motivated to acquiesce and return with commodity to their substrate culture, should they survive in name or nation the reactions are more clear to them than fractured futures as survival depends on solutions to new problems, as motivated as the enforcers of new societies to make sense of what truths may come, the forced perspective creates a conflict, telling of flaws or past forgotten in an opinion of a culture voiced optimistically applied to all and any, against a shot-caller applying a one-size solution of censorship, the worlds of this tale collide. Motivation is what you make with positivity and certainty, it's the visions of another world that flash your mind into next week, and the instincts you've developed and life has provided. Quick to imagine with mind proclivity action is remembered and often, without inspiration there are only guesses that will change your motivation.

Starving the Habit - mjbanks

"A student, filled with emotion and crying, implored, 'why is there so much suffering?,' Suzuki Roshi replied, 'no reason.'"

Starving the Habit - mjbanks

The logical action is preparation. At this point the better mentality is just beyond reach. So let's take a shot in the dark.

"This is what YOU can achieve after 'X' number of days;"

You're not going to do something you don't want, anything that you don't visualize, won't materialize, and this can be obsessive, but honest compulsions to improve or reduce or whatever aren't a source of imagination in past or future. Have goals and dreams will follow.

After "5 minutes" your "heart rate returns to normal."

At this point, your psychological health improves in the present, 'i am' or 'i can' are good ways to start sentences. This presumably is a moment of clarity, a new moment is a new perspective, flying thru time can be a difficult choice when otherwise uncontrollable, tempus fugit.

After "2-3 days" your "guilt and shame seems to decrease."

Your segmentation from your promise to yourself is ending, statements like 'i am' are best, but 'i can' helps, even 'i will' is weak but better than nothing. In momentum, making healthy choices creates no guilt and escapes any actual responsible scrutiny, essentially bad habits are masked by illogical coping mechanisms, these temporary solutions provide accomplishment easily mistaken for the second step of rebooting, assumptions must be replaced with a self-described purpose.

After "7 days" your "brain fog lifts."

Let's call this 10 days, as most overhauls of the human mind are in the acerbic wave following insomnia, perseverating, and emotion in its animal state. Clarity can see only the goals you've designed for yourself, and in action, training yourself in this new discipline reveals the difficulty, the mind will default to its protocols, which you define while conscious and in any new adventure can be as luminary as a dream, good or bad or hella rando, and many might revert illogically or relapse physically. The ability to see what is available is attached to what you know. The ability to see something and not instinctively react emotionally is a sign of intelligence, but is very rare if you're still 'uncivilized' or dangerous.

After "14 days" your "prolactin starts to drop."

Here's the part that makes or breaks the verbal human. Imagine you're thirsty, the choice is get something to drink. The intellectual hurdle, problem-solving, where new 'tricks' are forming and the desire to over-train or become motivated by pure emotion, too many priorities instills the need to evolve, without knowing that the subconscious is making conclusions that you will only realize later. Here we find both weak and deep pains of regret if any. This is your brain flexing its ability, as the brain needs order, it seeks order. To this point, like muscles becoming stronger, the human mind is channeling prototypical divinity, the body leading the mind leading the body creating confusion of necessity/luxury, the strong-willed are usually seeking answers all the same.

After "14 - 21 days" while your brain is evolving you find that, "due to drop in prolactin, dopamine sensitivity increases, you can start to enjoy the little things in life again, no longer emotionally numb, energy levels start to increase big time, confidence also increases."

Up to this point, regret was painful or ignored, and your bad habits had become roots. Fear of failure and pain of possibility is initiating logical responses at the darkest level of the imagination, and its a good time to remind yourself 'this is the challenge now, and I challenge it', this stage has multiplicity and exponential results, as your dopamine sensitivity increases, you'll see new multiple colors, this 'aftershock' of individualism or enlightenment thru a vocation/discipline can come not only three weeks later, but three months, three years, etc. later. This is the brain's way of telling yourself that something is a reward, you found water, your memory of survival is an education, and up to this point your bad habits have polluted your free will, those roots have blocked passage. Some would say that for something to become habit you have to do it 1000x and you'll be addicted to it, but really you have to throw out the old to make room for the new, and wait a couple/few weeks.

After "30 days" your "cravings and flashbacks noticeably reduce."

Endurance and dedication are connected here logically, if not you may have to focus some, but largely the feeling of loss has gone, the most important thing to do now is let go of concept and structure, to follow logic, to stick to the plan like stars in the sky. That confusion of needs and wants in the past has camouflaged any difference between biological and metalogical life, but with clarity and goals, the ability for satiety is option again. Life, or your plan, will have meaning again, food will fill, sunsets will warm.

After "30-60 days" "symptoms disappear or improve," the body begins to adapt and react naturally, and "Confidence keeps rising."

The famous point of no return, the life-changing choices are half-to-half at every option, the decision between right and wrong is the only decision, even almost a sub-process or second opinion, to avoid any nervous decisions here, forget individuality and start thinking about others, what they want, debatably self-less, 'we come to serve' is a decent phrase, for being part of a goal, and part of a whole. Surface facts are thick and patience is required.

After "42 days" your "ΔFosB (DeltaFosB) that has accumulated around the nucleus accumbens starts to remove itself. This makes it possible for the neurons in the" (habit or substance) "addicted pathways to now start to slowly" dissolving "over time without use."

The neurons are the adaptive circuitry in the brain, when delta-fos-b clings to a neuron it tells your memory engrams to 'take the detour route,' which plays all hell with your characteristics and eventually personality. I've said many times, if there wasn't something wrong with the human condition, I'd be worried it's not the human condition. Synaptic pathways are still available for old ways, while new pathways are evolving, as you find rewards you build new instincts for success, patience and clarity and meditation are critical in this this stage, while the old habits fade from use. Like memories, the how-to's your brain has made will fade if unused. This stage, for the uninitiated, even the memory of a memory have cause a deep and painful regret, but is only a memory easily removed with right activity.

After "90 days" by some it's "considered a full reboot for most people, however people with severe" atrophy, repetitive stress, or damage "will need longer. Confidence still rising."

Welcome to the beginning of a new you, since the time-frame isn't exact, the reboot could be complete and you're in the second stage of however many stages you want with a clean operating system, altho the choices remain, the benefits of good habit macrophages the bad. Up to now, you've had to remove temptations, only to need memory and instinct, then you relied on order and chaos theory, and now you can begin to trust yourself, you can think logically.

After "120 - 150 days" your "symptoms of severe" trauma(?) "disappear or improve."

You can define your character in the waking state, multitasking different solutions and goals, testing your logic before your patience, and things will be better than good. It will feel good to have and finish manageable goals, the ability to train your limits just to learn how to refrain from illogical behavior, abstain from violence and maintain your spirit animal, or shadow, or desires. Rewarding yourself will be easier, altho might yet have a sting of regret, 'how did i reward the wrong things for so long', 'what a dumb addiction' you might say, 'it is time to begin.'

Choices can be good or bad only after they are made.

Beast of Burden

"Great deeds, great songs." ~ Klingon proverb
(1/3) Object

It has this air of time, this replication of what my readers are, on this day of days, tired of exaggerated extents and the beleaguered buoyancy to partial efforts in half measures, when not writing anything proves more worth. This further assists believers, further detracts dissenters, and proves in and of itself that anything can be written and no point be made. Thus, my goal is to stem the world from being swept away in sensation, but more than ever, prove that an essay about nihilism is equally pointless. It's an entirely absurd definition to face compulsion to write without hunger and then share describe it as such to those who have a hunger to write, so let the irony return.

In your electronic years, like garden plants whose seeds ruin their ability to fruit or whose flowers ruin their ability to extend roots, altho those things are true to the final form, having an evolving perception of something true as pure sunlight and making it responsible for actions unjustifiable to ourselves, often enuf.

(2/3) Verb
An internalization soon explodes on the world, without learning the social construct, without imagining the oppression of hive singularity, and avoiding the vast chasm of ignorance provided by defining the universe without going there. There is room to disagree with this, this isn't an irreversible pattern or outside force, it is not an irreversible mechanism. Perhaps it is and shouldn't be, perhaps it isn't and should.

The words confined to our human ideas, the ideas confined to words that aren't needed yet, in the minds of you and others, as are you and others in these simple words, part of a structure no more than grammar no less than sounds. The truth as a function of itself, or in reverse, echoes across reality, whether the depths of space already too large to imagine and forever impossible to complete, for there is no energy for that, so we form ideas of words and words of ideas and begin recording them all.

Wonders to be seen from the upper atmosphere, binary indicators 1 and 0 not only too small to see but indecipherable in magnetic form, and across the pages of books of oldest kings with the largest empires. Nothing new, nothing old, and nothing corrupt. Just the truth as we see it, no matter how many lies. The bird who flies toward the sun still sleeps in every night.

(3/3) Subject
These things in a fictional existence brought into being beyond the physical barrier, where you not to see them for yourself, incredible visions told to people in a moment, in person, on the network, remind me of what should be closer. The burden of proof not a requirement for fiction, but some illusion cannot be dissolved, the objective truth in the perspective lie, a shadow of its former self. It is the type of word that indicates its roots which eludes memory, but means to have only been written down because it is fact. As the point of all this escapes me.

The emperor writes a book and generals praise it's value in the present and bookworms value it in the past, just as a roof is praised then needs repairing. Like the need for books is passed from teacher to student of reading, there can only be time to import the essential nature. A dictionary does this, a liar does not. This entry has become more about memory and desire, and the luxury has been lost, if there is something of it worth repeating so shall it be done, and in the darkness a dawn, and in the heroes a song, so that the truest of words may be spoken, and the rantings of imbeciles be viewed as nature and not a poem.
