making leaders contradict false hope
showing forgotten paths to power
speaking on behalf of known science
for every fear made real despite care
masking to pretend you’re a hero
libeling cleanliness with lazy fingers
slandering healthiness with insanity
faking tears for those they blackmail
blocking safety to worship compromise
promising unity and denying antibodies
creating slogans and banning treatments
censoring life to worship yesterday
denying failure to peddle a craze
bumbling angry to flush in a daze
contagious like a doctrine improper place
